The transmitting system of this machine is control by one main motor only, this motor has an inverter which can control the machine speed depends on the operator』s request. There is an automatic inspecting system in the outlet. The machine will stop automatically when bottle jam happens. After the breakdown is shut out, the machine will restart and speed up gradually.
The liquid contacting part of filling nozzles are made by sanitary material, assembly without any screw, only has a buckle on it. Besides, the filling level can be controlled effectively within 1.5mm.
